E-Gift Cards are valid for three years from date of purchase.
E-Gift Cards purchased on the Australian online store are issued in AUD and redeemable on the bassike.com online store and within all Bassike retail stores in Australia. An email will contain a link to view the E-Gift Card.
E-Gift Cards purchased on the Australian online store are not redeemable on the ows.bassike.com online store (online warehouse store).
For all orders exceeding a value of 100USD shipping is offered for free.
Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
